声音与音乐	这些设定将影响到你在游戏中的声音和音乐效果声音开/关（Sound on/off）音量（Sound Volume） 0-255 音乐开/关（Music on/off）音量（Music Volume） 0-255 是否播放脚步声（Play footstep sounds）是否翻转(反相)扬声器（Reverse speakers）
弹出设定	这些设定调整弹出窗口帮助是否使用弹出帮助（Use Pop-up Help）弹出帮助窗口延时时间（Delay before Help pops up）字体颜色（Text color）帮助字体（Help text color）粗字体标准字体细字体使帮助窗口出现在左上角（不选这个则会出现在鼠标位置) （Make windows Sticky）使帮助文本持续一段时间（Make text Persistant）
文字设定	玩UO时的语1言设定是从你的操作系统设定中得到的，下列这些选项可以让你改变这些设定是否使用工具提示（Use Tool-tips）工具提示的字体（Font for Tool-tips）粗字体标准字体细字体工具提示的字体颜色（Color for Tool-tip text）文字的出现保持时间（Delay before Tool-tip apperas）是否允许转换服务器(格式) （Enable Translation Server）是否自动转换输入文字(格式) （Automatically translate incoming test）
交谈选项	这些设定影响交谈系统的显示界面输入文字颜色（Input text color）菜单选项颜色（Menu option color）成员列表中的玩家颜色（Player color in member list）交谈颜色（Chat text color）无说话权限的玩家名字颜色（Player name without speaking privileges）菜单文字颜色（Muted text color）频道所有者名字颜色（Channel moderator name）频道所有者说话文字颜色（Channel moderator text）我名字的颜色（My name's color）我说话字体的颜色（My text color）系统信息颜色（System message color）
鼠标设定	这些设定影响你的界面鼠标移动是否使用单独的线程（Run mouse in a separate thread）是否允许双击鼠标右键自动寻找路径（Enable pathfinding with double-right-click）是否允许按住TAB键进入战斗状态，不选此项则表示按一下TAB健即切换一次战斗/和平状态　　（Hold down TAB key for combat,instead of tapping it to toggle combat mode）是否偏移界面窗口而不是精确的堆叠在一起（Offset interface windows rather than perfectly stacking them）是否自动安排最小化窗口（Automatically arrange winimized windows）
显示设定	这些设定影响你的显示，调整这些设定也许会提高你计算机的图形表现能力全屏显示方式时候是否允许页跳动（Enable page flipping in full screen mode）全屏显示方式是否使用GDI模式（Use GDI in full screen mode）是否使用全屏显示（Use full screen display）全屏显示解析度（Full screen resolution） 640x480 800x600 1024x768 游戏窗口大小（Game Play Windows Size） 640x480 800x600 切换到 565 色模式（Switch to 565 color mode）对话文字在屏幕上保留时间（Adjust how long speech remains on screen）是否根据对话文字长短决定增加或减少在屏幕上的保留时间（Scale speech duration based on length）是否允许跳祯，对于慢速的显示卡也许有改善作用（Enable frame skipping.May improve performance on slow video cards）对话颜色（Speech Color）表情颜色（Emote Color）光线渲染（Colored lighting）
颜色设定	名誉系统的显示无罪的人的颜色（Innocent highlight color）联盟工会的颜色（只对秩序和混沌公会有效）（Friendly guilds highlight color）可被攻击人员的颜色（Someone that can be attacked color）罪犯的颜色（Criminal highlight color）敌对工会的颜色（Enemy guild members color）杀人犯的颜色（Murderer lighlight color）执行犯罪行为前系统是否询问（Query before performing criminal actions）
杂项	杂项设定启动时是否显示介绍电影动画（Show the intro movie on launch）非最大安装形势下启动是否使用磁盘缓冲（Order your disk cache on startup for non-maximum installs）是否以文本形式保存纪录文件（Save text log file）是否以unicode形式保存纪录文件（Save log file in unicode format）是否显示屏幕内新出现玩家的名字（Show Names of Approaching Players）是否使用环形透明(使用这个可以看到被墙挡住的东西) （Use circle of transparency）环形透明的半径（Set radius of transparency circle）当技能提高多少时通知我（Inform me when my skills improve this much [in tenths]） (比如设为1 则每提高 0.1 点都在屏幕上显示，Your skills in xxx has increased by 0.1%/ It is now xxx ) 当力量、敏捷、智慧发生变化时通知我（Inform me of increases in strength,dexterity,and intelligence）这种通知的字体（Set the font for speech）粗字体标准字体细字体
滤过设定	过滤选项是否过滤污秽的词语（Filter Obscenity）忽略的玩家（Ignore Players）编辑要过滤的词语（Click to edit Profanity list）编辑过滤的玩家（[new]）密码保护（Password Proteet）改变密码（Change Password）
